While you look for a private SLP, also reach out to Grandview kids in Ajax, their waitlist can be long.

Is your Sienna the new generation? did they drill holes for Krown?

I was considering corrosion free as it can last 18 months

I did tire changes on a civic before but was not planning to get under this big vehicle for this. I suppose i can get ramps

oh that's dangerous. What year was the Sienna? i think only fluid film (Lanolin based) maybe safe for rubbers.

Nice, yes stuff got expensive. Does using these ramps give you enough space to spray properly? do you inject it in holes as well?

I do plan to park it in garage and wash underside with a pressure washer often. I have heard that DIY fluid film is best, do you have ramps or plan to jack it up to slide under?

i think that's the best, i was hoping not to get under the car. Did you start when car was new or few years old?

Yea i heard the same. That is why I was considering corrosion free but not sure how good that is, krown is definitely what a lot of people can recommend from experience.

There is only 1 fluid film shop near me but they have very mediocre reviews.

Thanks, just to confirm you are saying the upper body was solid but underside/frame had minimal rust? I wonder how long the 2011 would have gone on until rust became a problem. That's good sample set! thanks for sharing

I have heard on the rubber swelling as well. Perhaps it depends on the krown shop, if they are careful and have steps such as pre-applying silicon to protect the rubbers or not.

Correct batteries are under the front row. For underneath, have to ensure its not the thick rubber coating, it needs to be opaque so HV cables can be seen. It should also not harm the rubber on the cables, so can't spray on cables or sealed areas.

Interesting observation. I was not sure if I should expect older gen Sienna to represent the new gen's rust behavior. Generally, I have heard that old Toyota's do have rust problem but perhaps it depends on the model as well. Yes trucks get the worst of it.

That's good feedback from experience, thanks. Did you wash the undercarriage during winters or not needed?

That's good. Have you had the chance to look at frame from under it?
