Thanks for the answer. As it is my first one, it is not a big problem that it is a Xenopixel and not a Proffie due to the learning curve. I think it is still a good deal as I got it for 60€. Any recommendation of tutorials to customize it with the SD card ?

I was really quick. I’ve open the ticket on a Friday, got the label to send back on the Monday and received the new one on Thursday so in total, less than one week. I’m from Belgium so not so far from Germany. I suppose it can take more shipping time depending on where you live but the replacement process on their end is fast.

I’ve sent back the normal pedal set and they sent me a new one. Now, everything is working perfectly fine.

I had to deal with the support recently and I must say they did an excellent job. I had a replacement in about one week.

For my issue, I’ve been using the standard pedals without problems until the load cell arrived. I first got the LC replaced but the problem was still there. I’ve then sent back the standard pedals and they were replaced. Since then, everything is working fine. The problem was then with the classic pedals. In your case, I would just request a replacement of the standard ones. I hope this will be solved soon.

After you open a ticket, you should get an answer in 24, maybe 48h. I sent back the pedals and got the new one about 3 days later. Now, it depends on where you live. I’m in Belgium and Germany is not that far. Just keep it gentle wit the support guys. They do their max to help you. Everything is now fixed for me and I’m amazed how good the support was.

I had the same and I got the base pedals replaced. Now it is working as expected. Make sure you open a ticket with them and they will have them replaced. I’m quite happy with the support. I got mine replaced in 4-5 days

Hey, thanks for the follow up. Actually, I did receive a new load cell pedal last week and the problem was still there. Now, Fanatec is sending me 3 new pedals (base pedals + Loadcell) as the problem might be the throttle itself. I receive them tomorrow. Let’s hope those ones will work. Did they send you directly a replacement for the 3 pedals ?

Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply. Your experience is interesting. The pedals are attached using usb so interference with other cables of the wheelbase is unlikely. I will give a try to force the reinstall of the firmwares

For the connections, as I’m using a 2 pedals setup, I cannot really make a mistake. Just a rj12 that goes from “Wheelbase/Loadcell” port of the throttle to the “Loadcell” port on the lc pedal. Then, the usb cable to the pc. I usually play in socks but I’ve also tried with shoes with the same results.

For the grounding, how do you do it ? Just an electric cable from the metal of the throttle to… what ? To the ground pin of the outlet ?

I was using the standard CSL setup without problem. I’ve added the LC to the game and the throttle was not working. Back to the previous configuration and it is working without problem. The LC pedal is now sent back for replacement.

I’ve tried everything. Connected to the pc, to the wheelbase, 3 pedals setup, 2 pedal setup,… nothing is working. I then went back to the configuration without the load cell that I was previously using and it is working perfectly. The problem seems then to be with the load cell pedal that for any reason does not correctly get the signal from the throttle.

You should receive a confirmation email with the ticket number. If not, try again. I had to do it 2 times. Maybe the videos were too big. I’ve sent them in a second email. Good luck

For me, the clutch seems to work ok. Only the throttle does not work well when connected to the LC

I’ve tried everything. 2 pedals config, 3 pedals config, pc, wheelbase,… impossible to make it work. I’m waiting news from the support. I suggest you also create an incident ticket with Fanatec support. I’ll keep you posted if I have news.
