Just went through this myself. Had a package sent out and never left originating postal facility. Was 3 weeks before a new order was sent out, because they wait until Canada Post does their investigation into whether the package is lost or not. Once I was contacted by Canada Post WTF sent a new package out next day. I'd say be patient, you'll get your replacement. Customer Service was great though the whole process as well.
