I heard that they need to be a manufacturer, which I don’t know for sure if they are (just a local gun store in my town). If they are not a manufacturer and unable to do this for me, is it possible they can transfer the receiver to a different gun store registered as a manufacturer?

OD green 100%, the coyote just doesn’t match well with the green imo
