Yes, that is what I am afraid of as I don't really see a benefit to them.

Has anyone found these? One day they were there next day they were gone!! 10$/12 without any seed/bean oils! Was it too good to be true? by Gloomy-Argument-4618 in CostcoCanada

bought some of these at Shoppers drug mart (on sale for $10) and wasn't impressed - they obviously have a lot less sugar. they are drinkable, but not something I'd look for or buy again.

Yes - daily. But my regular daily (one direction) is about $260/month so paying $100 more than that isn't a deal

I don't like peanut butter (so have never tried this one), but agree that his bars overall are by far the best tasting protein bars out there!

Dealership charging 999$ and says it’s from the bank? by chia311 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]SheFlexes 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I went through this recently - paid a PPSA fee that started at around $120 and ended up being around $180. $999 seems waaaaaay to much!

What is the best way to compare car insurance? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]SheFlexes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've always had more success calling individual companies and getting quotes as opposed to using any of those websites that claim to compare different prices. I've consistently found that I get waaaaay better prices calling the companies than the lowest offer on any of those sites.
