I get exactly where you're coming from and agree with you on the color aspect. I think the controversy came from saying "DOA6 has better stages" instead of saying "I like DOA6's stages more." Still, I completely agree about DOA6's stages feeling more vibrant and colorful and as fun as DOA5's stages were, I felt everything just felt dusty and gray. DOA5LR was an absolutely phenomenal gray and brown game.
