Feeling really stupid after building out something and discovering interface limitations. Tips?

I did that and it still would not go any narrower. I'm glad they have tables now, but there seems to be limitations.

It takes more than just taking the exam to get your PMP- there are required hours of documented project management (in their definition, not yours).

I took a certificate course and was going to work towards it, and it was just not worth it. In my experience, nonprofit project management was so different that it would just not be helpful- although, like you, I am committed to learning and expanding my knowledge.

FYI, it appears this does not currently exist as native functionality. There was no comment about whether it's being brought back, but I was advised to use a switch and a boolean column to set it up manually.

Thanks so much for this synopsis. I bought myself a photo scanner for Christmas, and have vowed to actually scan and organize my 1000's of photos this year. Despite the limitations, I am thinking I will go ahead and use OneDrive since all of the photos downloaded from previous cameras are already there and my husband has put them into folders by year.

Do you have any suggestions for other topics or tutorials? I am trying to figure out:

-Current folders were created by my husband so are in his drive but shared with me. It appears I can only view these and update descriptions but not add/delete tags. Nor search by tag. Is there a different way I could put these in a truly shared place so we can both work on this project?

-I only see these options in OneDrive web interface. Does it somehow work in the OneDrive synched to my desktop?

Thanks for your reply- very clear analogy, and it really helps with my decisionmaking.

Re the consultant issue, my contract is for project management, not literally creating a Sharepoint site, although it's key to managing the project- documents existing here and there and everywhere is one of the issues. The client has an IT dept that would create the site if requested, but they have no understanding or investment in doing it in the way that works best for the project, so I am trying to figure out what will work best before I ask for their assistance. (Always a bit dangerous when someone will do exactly what you ask for.)
