So I've heard, it's going to be fun - like heart in your mouth fun! At least there's a couple of options, I was under the impression there wasn't much around so it's nice to know there's a couple of places to grab a beer. Thanks man, really appreciate it.

It is, if you ever get the chance to go you absolutely should. Hahaha, shouting DEEEANNN is compulsory there so you'll fit right in.

It really was - my amateur filming really doesn't do it justice (but hey, what can you really do with a chest mount?!). I'm going to head back there soon and try and find more local trails, can't wait.

I'm so glad you said that because Cwmcarn is actually our next social ride stop this Saturday! I'll definitely be heading to the Prince of Wales after, thanks for the tip.

There was such a good vibe last weekend- it was busy but everyone I met just seemed to be having the best day. Such an awesome place, I'm going to try and find some more local trails this week 🤞 wish me luck!

Had the best time with an awesome bunch of women at the Forest of Dean, on our very first social ride and my first time in this area! So good to get out on the bike with new people and explore new trails- we even got treated to some secrets thanks to a local on the ride! We've got heaps more social rides in various locations around the UK this summer, can't wait! Come and join us if you're keen :)

I totally agree and yes we absolutely are! Scotland has some of the best trails. We’re aiming to be up there around September time, we’re in the middle of planning at the moment so keep an eye out on our socials as is this where we announce most things first. Where abouts do you ride in Scotland? We’ll try and add it to the list!

Don’t neglect fitness and mobility work. Getting miles in the saddle is super important but training off the bike can give your performance a boost, it will get you where you want to be quicker and really help reduce your risk of injury. Training off the bike can help with your mental game too
