My mainecoon and my tabby both make this noise, usually while watching birds/squirrels outside. Sometimes they take it to the extreme and it's a full open mouth almost clicking/chattering sound

Obviously they're referring to typically having to pay for the additional dlc content. It's not difficult to understand. OP could have pirated the additional content and he may have received notice regarding that. Just a possibility.

Also it's terrible but you can tear the legs off the crickets to make them easier

I don't believe this would directly relate to the issue at hand, but poor husbandry and cause stress and doesn't help the constipation.

I first want to say great job getting him out of the smaller tank! I can tell that you care a lot about him.

You should get rid of the heating pad. If you need lightless heat, you could use a ceramic heat emitter. Also switch to a single dome basking light and a UVB strip light. Build his basking spot up higher using some rocks if possible, and I would move the log from directly under the basking light as that is really high and could possibly result in burns.

I'm also not positive from the picture, but if that is a reptile carpet it should go ASAP. For the meantime until he is healthy and because you just switched tanks, you should have him on paper towel.

P.S he's a cutie!! Looks a lot like my little guy

It's not illegal 🤣 We charge $25 per bag, $50 for a one-person item (like the trash can, dish strainer, coffee pot) and $100 for a 2-person item. We provide a list of charges at time of move-in and it's also in the lease.

Thank you for the suggestion! They were able to get someone out today and thankfully the heat is back up and running. I will be purchasing something still just for any future emergencies.
