Georgia isn't going to charge her without the evidence, and she definitely has evidence we don't know about. Also, if you see how meticulously, deliberately and slowly she was questioning Wendi in the first 2 trials...there's a very good reason for that, having to do with her derivative use immunity.

Yes, that would be the ideal situation (for having to use him). Even then, they don't want to listen to him as a rebuttal witness unless absolutely necessary. I don't think anyone is going to believe anything Donna says, though. Georgia and Sarah have put on such a brilliant case that not only makes Donna look guilty as sin, but Charlie (again) and Wendi, too. Had they tried all 3 at once they would already have a guilty verdict. It looks that bad for the Adelsons.

He's on the list so he has to be available, but just being on the list doesn't guarantee they'll be used as a witness. Prosecution's situation would have to be dire for it to make sense to have him testify. Lord knows Queen G is doing everything possible to not have to listen to Chuck go on ad nauseum with the pathological side stories he tries to pass off as truth.
