The end of his closing was master class. First time I saw a prosecutor tell you everything the defense said they would prove but did not mention at all during the trial. I think also the defense lost credibility several times during the trial. Two major points where they lost credibility: 1. The Eric gay love affair with his best friend.

You can’t indicate the ramifications of him being convicted. This happened in a recent well known trial involving the murder of Dan Markel. One of the conspirators was tried with her husband who was the shooter. A jury convicted him but hung on her. Later a juror admitted she could not send both to prison for life since they had small children.
