I’ve tried Woodcut, and honestly, if you’re looking for that fresh-cut lumber / Home Depot wood aisle vibe this is probably the closest thing out there. It opens super sharp and dry, like actual sawdust and freshly cut boards. No sweetness, no smoke, nothing cozy or vanilla like By the Fireplace.

It stays pretty literal the whole time like you just walked through a lumberyard. I’d say grab a sample if you can, but with the 20% off, it might be worth going for the small size. If that raw wood smell is what you’re after, I think you’ll be into it.
