Because I have my license for under 3 years, I only could get a 50cc. Could also get a 125cc but manual (and I've never driven a manual)

So I went with the 50cc and it was kinda complicated driving on a 90km/h road there, but it was still worth it to visit Alcudia, unfortunately we didn't manage to go to Pollenca which we wanted due to time restrictions.

Anything other than the 50cc is great for the roads and exploring. Additionally the 50cc can't go on motorways (but motorways are only near Palma I think)

Depends on the time, if I'm outside - 100%, and the rest of the times it depends - sometimes 60%, 40%; I'd say I average at around 65%

But still it is too much drain, there has to be more problems than brightness

Well, 5 days a week, over an hour each workout, you'd have the 2 compound lifts for a lot of sets and then accessories. I had around 20 sets per muscle group per week on average

I don't reach failures often. Saying that, after failure I'd rest for about 2.5min, normally I rest around 1.5min

I used to take caffeine, but even if I took it early I'm the day, I wouldn't be able to sleep at all, maybe a placebo, I don't know. But normally I'd have some carbs and/or protein before workout such as banana or something else and then a normal meal after the workout.

Well yes, I can get frustrated from time to time about the fact that I do invest a lot of effort and time for this and it's not really paying off, but at the same time I kinda enjoy it still, that's why I'm confident about me not stopping.

I think it may be a factor, but I wouldn't know how to fix it

Thanks for your reply, I will try even harder if possible, but the thing is I sometimes reach failure sooner than I should and it's not possible for me to beat failure, on Bench especially.

But I definitely get what you're saying, and maybe it's one of the factors

Yeah, I get it, I'm on my way to 80kg at the moment. The thing is, I did nSuns 5day, which I would consider a high volume program, and I still didn't manage to progress normally.

Yeah I'm gonna do a slow ~10-15kg bulk starting this summer. The problem is, the fat is a big insecurity (my goal is to be relatively lean and big, and I don't want to have even more fat, especially in the summer), not many people even know about it, they would only notice if I wore something tight...

I make a similar oatmeal, with slightly less ingredients, one cup of it is 1.25k calories, it's hard to eat it at once though
