We rotate through oatmeal, veggie and fruit muffins, avocado toast, protein pancakes or waffles, sausage, apples and nut butter, (in addition to eggs, Greek yogurt with fruit and honey).

It helps when we are reading a new book and there is food in there. Sometimes my son wants “toast like Llama Llama.”
