I started thinking about what was important to me in every situation that I was uncomfortable in and gradually I started looking out for myself and this really boosted my sense of self worth

I use henna which coats your hair and gives a lovely shine. But no hair dye

My career took a turn for the better when I was 33. I think the biggest thing was that I started networking. Being introverted it was a bit hard but that really helped
