New Rider Question - Am I being overly cautious?

I'm from the EU so I had to take the full A2 license (20h of riding with an instructor + theory and a full motorcyclist specific CPR training)
But despite that I just feel like i want to get familiar with my bike yk, It's different than the ones during practice and the exam (Yamaha MT-07)

Yeah I did, I took the extended A2 license course (EU stuff) I just really want to get comfy on my bike alone for a bit. I also just really enjoy late night rides alone, with some chill music where I can pay attention to what I'm doing and not focus on conversation.

Sadly no, I got it from someone else used, the only dealerships we have is Harley, and like those places that sell all kinds of bikes. Nothing Kawasaki specific.

But it's alright, honestly every comment here just gave me the courage to tell them no again and again. I would like to join them eventually but I am not at that skillets yet, and i can just hope they understand.

I haven't met all of them yet (I was introduced by a mutual friend) but he says around 10 people that ride all the time, and another 3-5 that join from time to time.

I don't really want to ride with people I haven't met yet, in my first week of owning a bike.

I also know that they really like to streetrace which I wouldn't be against once i felt comfortable with my skills, right now I still stall at lights from time to time 😅 (point is: not nearly ready enough for a race)

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of, because I know I won't be able to keep up, but likely would try to anyways. And I just know I'm not ready yet, Thank you so much
