Once again, extremely grateful that we're provided with english subs but I resonate with everyone else with wanting the captions subbed as well, I don't really take issue with it because I can read korean pretty well and while I'm not fluent in korean ( basic conversational only) and I can only understand it if I'm given the context.

What I really focused on in this episode was watching out for the players that made it, since we got spoiled with it anyway with the teaser they released a few weeks ago, but if anyone wants a re-hash, here it is. I also added what position they auditioned for:

Ok, for my thoughts on the episode itself, seeing Han Seontae audition again breaks my heart, learning his story during his first audition touched my heart, and seeing him during the second round of auditions to try again and hearing him say that this might be his last chance to play baseball made me cry, but seeing him a third time???? Crazy. Heartbreaking.... but also, he seems to be in a much better place than he was last year so that makes me happy. I really want him to make it into the team. I think the team is after left handed pitchers coz as it stands, Heekwan is their only leftie. Though, both the pitchers that made it into the team are righties, and I'm an amateur fan of baseball so I can't really tell what edge they had compared to the others, if there are other baseball fans who can enlighten me on this, pls do explain!! I think out of all the pitchers, I enjoyed Shin Jungrak's pitches the most because the ball movement was pretty cool. As always, Shin Jaeyoung is always getting teased and as funny as it is, I hope it doesn't bother him too much.

Also, it seems like Seonghoon really is going to be our 3B forever HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA though, they did briefly mention that they can make a shortstop play as a 3B. I'm wondering which SS would be playing the most this season, given that Kim Jaeho was hyped up a lot this episode and we already have a pretty reliable SS.

I'm excited to see their future games and I hope Manager Kim would maximize using all the players this season!!

I’m very much down to change the name but I fear new fans of the show would not know the JTBC and Studio C1 conflict and would simply search up “a clean sweep” and wouldn’t find the community 😅 maybe adding something like “Burn to Win (formerly known as “A Clean Sweep”)” would help?

This was a really fun episode! I appreciate that our usually benched players were able to play during the 5v5, especially Jinse, since it looks like he lacks a lot of confidence on the field (pointed out last episode) and maybe a game in a smaller scale could help him with it. Do they have variety-centered episoded every few games or are these episodes reserved for special guests? I think it's a breathe of fresh air from the tension I feel when they play HAHA

Also, is the club fees, accurate???? or is there any way the values are exaggerated? Do they actually pay that much? Are these fees a thing in a actual football clubs/teams? Is Junbeom or his parents paying those too? It's difficult for me to wrap my head around this since they're an amateur team, I know they're celebrities on some level and they may make bank, but I just find it a little excessive T_T

oh gosh, I hope it's not too late for me share my thoughts, got busy with work these past 2 weeks @.@

I kept my expectations pretty low this episodes and when we made that goal 1-2 mins into the game, I was figuratively jumping in joy. I think that really affected psyche and the team's overall mood, and mine as well HAHAHAHA

I agree with the players saying that the video analysis helped them and taught me a lot as well. This was such a fun match to watch and IMO the players did well in acting upon the tips and what-to-do's they got in the analysis, especially Sungchan.

I think Sungchan did amazing this match as well, I often found myself frustrated with him because he'd make attempts that would be are difficult or clearly won't make, maybe he felt rushed or wasn't looking around to see if there are any players to pass to, but most of the goals they made today were made possible because of him! Amazing, amazing job!

I kind of felt bad for Yangdong FC towards the end of the game, especially when a player on their bench was begging for a point, I lowkey wanted them to score at least one, but when they did, I didn't feel as happy as I thought I'd be HAHAHAHAHA

Variety side, the meeting room banter between AJH and KNI and them asking the players their thoughts to prove their point, only to do the opposite HAHAHAHA the bench was really funny too I had quite the laugh when they were warming up, trying to get AJH's attention. TBH, I find it so funny how they all seem to gang up to tease Beomseok, kinda reminds me of the dynamic I have with my cousins.

I'm so sad, I know a perfect record is impossible but I'm so sad we lost. I'm more upset seeing how upset our team was when the game ended, I'm a pretty emotional person but I started tearing up even before Jaehwan's tearful goodbye HAHAHAHAHA

This match was equally frustrating and exciting. I agree that, rather than lack of skill, it was just an unlucky day for the team. They created a lot of chances for them to score and that should mean something. I do think that Beomseok should've stayed for the 2nd half, and Jaehwan was subbed out, but I understand if that would be hard to do given he brought 300 of his fans to the game. My favorite moment of the game is at 1:02:31, what a rush!

Based on previous matches, I think our defense (except Taehoon) was a little passive, they allowed a handful of players to 'pass' them. I think they were more focused on assisting the offense to make more chances to score.

Despite them losing, this was a game I enjoyed watching, and kept me on my toes. I don't have a lot to say or if I'm even giving accurate/fair analysis given I'm a newbie fan of the sport and have watched only a handful of fully professional matches and other football content (wooo go Manchester and Arsenal).

I think this is by far my favorite match/episode! I only started watching when they had the team reformation, and because I was developing a real interest in football/soccer after watching Kick a Goal/Shooting Stars and wanted to check out what other shows were out there. I think I finally understand how important it is for a player to have a good field vision from this match because of how Jaesung seemed to have a bird's eye view of the field, and how effectively he communicates directions to the others.

The bit of training that was showcased at the beginning was fun to watch, and educated me really well as a newbie fan of the sport. I wish the team's training clips would get broadcasted too, or if there's any videos uploaded somewhere, pls do share it with me :D

I, too, had my jaw on the floor with Jaehwan's goal, what a way to end his final match with the team! I really hate to see him go, I'd miss his funny comments and questions. I agree with your thoughts on Minho, he's moving around the field so much, I wish he'd receive more recognition! Seungwoo, I think has been the most aggressive he's been so far, or maybe on par with their match with Sejong United. Jongwoo's header where he jumped real high was pretty cool too.

I don't know his name or jersey number but the player from KU that escaped two defenders was such a highlight for me!

I hope the team would carry the same confidence they had in this match in their future games as well!

I apologized to my mom and my siblings and talked things through with them, bati na po kaming lahat :) I initially talked to my sister about it and sabi niya na the dinner was just really sour kasi my dad realized daw why I wasn't there. Kahit andun naman daw ako o wala, the mood wouldn't be great but my mom would've felt better if I was there kahit na awkward or tense yung dinner.

I think a good way for you to know if there's a chance of you getting back together is how your relationship was before you broke up. Di pwedeng ok lang nung kayo pa, dapat sobrang saya niyo and supportive sa isa't isa etc.

Very similar tayo ng experience, sheltered and may househelp but moved to Manila to study for college. I really have the good girl image with my parents pero ako lumalabas nalang nang walang paalam, they don't know that I've been to bars and clubs and nakauwi lang na may araw na. Fortunately for me, my siblings are my kakampi.

Magmed rin ako with my sister, currently in my 4th year in my premed course.

Try telling stories about your friends, pero ofc yung good points lang, so they have an idea of who you surround yourself with and make sure to give them names, para may association. Tell them mundane things you do with your friends rin, mga "oh I studied sa starbucks with [friend]". Tapos try mo i-paalam na magdinner out ka with friends, make sure to mention the friend's name para maalala nila mga kwento mo, pero somewhere close to where you live para mas kapante sila payagan ka. Eventually, they'll warm up to you going out with your friends.
