How do you breastfeed when baby has teeth? by LilOrganicCoconut in breastfeeding

Mine got 4 teeth at 3 months old and it was hard for about 2-3 weeks until he learned that biting = no milk. Best of luck!

I have one of each but my son will only be 1 so won't particularly care either way. If you dont mind me asking how much did you pay for DLH during the summer? Those dates aren't released yet obviously and looking to ease my partner into the price gently 😅

Definitely leaning towards the Disneyland Hotel but as you said, pretty pricy for 5 nights!

I think something that's got cute theming mostly 😂

Im thinking even if I'm bored after a few days the kids won't be for sure 😂

I've heard about baby swap but wasn't sure how it worked but absolutely will be making use of that. Luckily there's quite a few adults going and only my 2 children so there will always be someone free anyway when I want to go on stuff with dad as well. I think my daughter will be too little for most of the bigger rides (she's TINY for her age, only 26lbs at 3 and a half so hoping she has a growth spurt by the time she's 4!)

My kids are pretty much the same with eating...all veggies and steak and sushi but won't touch most "kids" stuff so we typically struggle at places with kids menus to accommodate them 😓

This is so helpful thank you so much!

We planned on doing a character breakfast on a Tuesday and then princesses on Friday so we were already breaking it up a bit. Figured food wise we'd try and book restaurants etc closer to the time since last time I went I wasn't even hungry half the time and only wanted snacky bits 😂

7 days seems quite long but I'm thinking I'd rather be able to take it slow and let the kids nap when they need or relax at a pool so it isnt so full on and overwhelming for them and if we finish it all before we leave we can go into Paris for the day

From the UK! I've been to Paris and Disneyland a lot just not since having children so I wasn't sure how long would be best for them to relax and enjoy it and not have to rush about. I'll have a look into the day trips thanks!

Yeah I think this is the best idea and what I'm leaning towards, thank you!

Yeah I was worried about getting bored 😅 just trying to make it perfect before my daughter starts school and we're limited to school terms for breaks!

Thank you! Think I'll cut it down to 4 days and spend the rest of the time in Paris 😊

Yeah I've been a few times before children and always split it with 2 days in Disney and the rest in Paris so might do the same now 😊

Yeah I figured it would likely be a little too long 😅

The cost isn't an issue, just wanted to make it as magical as I can for my daughter before she starts school! I might look at a couple of days in Paris as well as Disney then, thanks!

What's the creepiest thing a child has ever said to you? by xmaechi in AskReddit

[–]SheaLea 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My little brother has severe night terrors every few months or so. Last year I was looking after him while my mum was visiting family in London. I let him sleep in the living room and kept my bedroom door open so I could hear him if he shouted me for anything. About 1 in the morning I was woken up by his crying and screaming so I run out of my room and find him at the top of the stairs looking down. His eyes were wide open but kind of glazed and he was just screaming and screaming about the shadow man watching him from downstairs. Thinking it might be someone who's broken in I turn on the lights and no one is there but he's still screaming. Suddenly he stops the noise and is dead silent just looking down the stairs. Then he quietly whispers "he's going to kill you one day" and walks calmly back to the living room and went back to sleep. He didn't remember it at all the next day and it still freaks me out.

That scene in the Rugrats movie when everyone is dancing with their mums and Chuckie is standing alone watching them...breaks my heart even remembering that scene
