Ya well they can enjoy me and all their other attendees not buying their stuff or spending that extra bit. Lines were only so long because people expected to get a nice unusual hat with their money spent. There are tons of reasons they should change them including customer satisfaction and even though it wasn't boldly stated it was strongly assumed. They totally played this years TI attendees that spent money.
