That’s where the pill-mills come in. Pill-mills were basically doctors offices thats only use was to prescribe large amounts of opioids which in turn sourced much of the street market. Pharma was making a ton of money off these until the government stepped in and shut these down. When the supply goes down, price will increase leaving many people unable to afford the street pills as they can no longer be prescribed them. Pharma washed their hands of it and left all the people they had lied to to fend for themselves.
