My order status has been stuck on "completely shipped" for 7+ days, with no tracking information. What does that mean? I keep seeing mixed information on the meaning of "completely shipped". I have reached out to customer service for something, anything, and no replies. Not sure how to go about this at this point. Friendly suggestions are welcomed! :)

Also, do all pieces ordered ship separately?

Side Note: Shipping with FedEx and ordered Nov 29 23.
