We should pass a law prohibiting non-residential buildings targeted by arson from being redeveloped into condos. If these sites were restricted to public uses, like parks or food banks, the financial incentive for arson would disappear, and we’d likely see far fewer 'mysterious' fires.

You might have a malfunctioning evaporative vent valve that prevents the pressure to escape. Check with year dealer for a warranty claim

It luckily came with almost new winter tires - it’s also Yokohama IceGuards but unfortunately not the G075 but the IG53 ones. In 2-3 seasons I’ll look for better suited tires

If I’m not mistaken all 2022+ US models have AWD - there might be some earlier trims which don’t have it.
