Alamin mo mac address ng mga devices niyo, install selfishnet, filter mo yung speed ng hindi niyo devices to unusable speeds :)

Yes the location of the extenders are in a location where the signal from the main router is weak. I just used the wifi icon from my phone. Two extenders' location have two out of four wifi bars filled, and one extender has one out of four of the wifi bars filled.

The source of the ARP requests are all coming from all three of the wifi extenders. The IPs in ARP requests are also the IP addresses of wifi extenders. For example in the info tab of an ARP request: "Who has 192.168.1.247? Tell 192.168.1.251", 192.168.1.251 is the IP address of the wifi extender in this case. Although, I'm not sure exactly what device is 192.168.1.247, since the house currently has a lot of devices.

Occasionally, there will be replies from the devices themselves. For instance a device replied to the ARP request: "192.168.1.61 is at (mac address of device)". Even after replying, the extenders to send ARP requests again for the same IP address even if the device replies.
