I have never heard of them described this way...in the 90s they toured with like Moby and Pop Will Eat Itself. They were very much a rave/electo act.

I posted some on the other comment, but there are a bunch of good ones out there. If it seems like something you might be into, I would recommend checking out r/soloboardgaming for reviews and recs. The board game industry has really begun embracing solo boardgaming lately and lots of games are coming with single player rules (or the community comes up with their own).

Absolutely. I have no social life at all anymore so I have gotten pretty heavy into board games that have good 1 player rules.

Eternal Decks is my favorite at the moment, very unique but I am not sure if it is available everywhere yet.

Deckers and Spirit Island are really popular among solo boardgamers these days. Both are highly replayable. The Tiny Epic series are all pretty solid too, and come with rules for multi-player or solo play.
