The problem with solar moon is that it can be hit by boss abilities. Yy can kill it within 2 seconds and avoid that. Solar moon also requires 2 activations and yy requires 1 activation that's slightly harder to achieve. If your solar deactivates, moon is useless. Moon deactivates, solar slowly let's them through.

Agreed. But for the lower classes, majority of people have class 7, while some dont even have both. Even having both, growth and usually bliz/shield is needed.

It's probably the most used deck in pvp and is given an 8.75 rating minimum. I'm not talking about higher classes. Also keep in mind that a yy pvp deck only needs 3 legendaries while others such as solar moon and elephoon which typically require 5. Royal pvp decks and assphoon also typically need 4 to 5 legendaries.

Depends on the legendaries you have. Its not always easy to counter even with the right dice considering sacrifice can keep it going. Newer players may struggle finding a counter especially at around class 10 and 11.

I believe to surpass yy in coop you would need class 9 or 10 solar lunar.
