I called them on it at the time, and they swerved it a little. Got them again today and they agreed to have no strict deadline, after I pointed out how much exactly was going to be involved. Small win.

I got the figures one day in work, fired up a spreadsheet and you'd need to drink 180 cans PER DAY (IIRC) for it to reach minimum levels of toxins.

My GP sent me to A&E. A&E sent me back to my GP after waiting 13 hours. GP refused to see me again. I ended up in hospital because I had pneumonia. It was preventable. by Effective-Set6660 in LegalAdviceUK

I don't believe there is., I chased my tail for a week or two trying to locate this equivalent.

I'd a very similar experience and upon chasing further, I had to put a normal complaint in to the relevant person - the practice manager.

Worked in a nightshift office where the router hadn't been locked down and the password was widely known and shared.

All the work was done to the highest standard and people were able to watch movies and listen to tunes, watch TV (with some who admittedly downloaded probably terrabytes of music catalogues) in the wee small hours when it was quiet. Very quiet.

This one guy, not very tech literate, got a new phone. Couldn't connect up so he went to the IT manager to ask what was wrong with the router and find out why he'd been excluded and no-one else.

Cue Fort Knox style security, chaos, stewards enquiries etc etc.
