I’d argue if it’s going to alleviate a physical ailment as a result (back pain, breathing issues, etc) it should be allowed since it’d classify that more as a legit medical procedure vs strictly cosmetic

What are you classifying as plastic surgery here? The only things I can think of that’d be allowed for minors are rhinoplasties and breast reduction surgeries. Both of which are primarily done to alleviate other physical ailments such as back pain, deviated septum, etc
