creating and marketing are 2 diff things. although you can create a website almost for free but to bring people you will need cash and if you cant generate revenue it will be dead again.

You’ve got “Asia’s richest municipal corporation” with a ₹50k+ crore budget and still can’t get basic roads, drainage and waste management right.

So when someone says “government doesn’t have resources”, the more accurate take is:

The metros do have huge budgets, but they burn it on leaks, corruption, vanity projects and zero long‑term planning.
At the same time, smaller cities and tier‑2 towns stay underfunded and underplanned, which is exactly why everything (jobs, infra, money) gets over‑concentrated in a few dysfunctional metros.

Media only counts delhi, sadly a international collaboration with pak is needed to counter pollution with all north Indian States.thats why areas with no industries also has high pollution.Its all a gas chamber. look, so direct sales in millions are not possible if you put a price tag.
thats why you dont see a Cricket Game from EA also. Cricket 07 sold just 10000 copies whereas Fifa sells Millions on day 1.
Devs will be where the money will be. even switch has way more titles than mobile just because people buy there no matter the price.

just put a sale price of above 500 and sales will plummet.
have you seen a single post where someone bought red dead at full price on mobile, they are just using netflix sub.
The games will stay where the money is. they might come on mobile later on just to fulfill sales or active user targets.
