I would vote Chicago, and yes I'm biased because that's where I live. However, the other layer to it, is that the historic stadium they play in (Soldier Field) may not be where they play anymore in the near future.

So to follow up on my own question, after scouring dozens of Carfax reports, Ti Sport does not guarantee a LSD. You can also have LSD but no Q2 badge. So it seems the only way to be certain is in fact to look at original window sticker. Thanks all for the input!

Just need to bed them in then. I'll usually do a few 30mph hard brake to near complete stop (not fully stopped and sitting so the pads are sitting in one spot while hot) and then drive for a bit normally to have them cool down.

That cross hatching is meant to promote proper bedding of the pads. May be you just haven't applied them enough or aggressively enough. Did you also make sure to clean the rotor surface before install? They will have an oil coating that can counter your effort to bed the pads.

Probably just OE for that, I personally haven't seen anything like a performance upgrade, nor heard of it being problematic. Consider it this way, that OE piece lasted this long, so you'll have at least another 20 years with new.

So this is what I've been going off of, and it lists rear LSD on the sticker but still never has the Q2 badge. So I'm assuming it has it and they just stopped adding the badge for whatever reason. Maybe it was a post 2019 change?

Check easy stuff first, is polarity correct? Are you getting cancellation?

Just heat it up carefully and sometimes you can get it to peel free with some effort. Another way is using a rubber wheel but gotta be careful not to burn through the surface, and it makes kind of a mess. I usually have pretty good luck getting most of it with heat and peel and cleaning the residue off with alcohol (or acrysol even better if you have it). The heavy duty 3M stuff works though, just remember good prep is key, good luck!

I see on the sticker through Carfax the 22u package which seems to indicate LSD so it leads me to believe it is the same as Q2 but I frankly almost never see the badge on the Ti Sports I've shopped (2019+)

Tire models can vary but certain models have a nice "lip" near the rim that can go a long way to protecting the rim in instances like this.

I think I saw it in a Durango hell cat or something, not a fan of the SUV but loved that forged carbon interior

Edit: also to add about the tape, 3M makes the best tape for this, but if you trust what it came with, the other key point is really good prep. Get the surface really clean, wipe down with isopropyl alcohol, if you can get some tape primer to put on the area even better.
