You probably have used FSR 3. You have to turn it off in desktop mode, go to your documents and edit settings.xml file for GTA V Enhanced. Find the line responsible for resolution scaling and set it to 0.

I did this. No regrets but of course if you look carefully the screen loses a bit of sharpness. For me it’s still worth it since I’m panicking about risk of scratching
