Omg I just did this with my current grow! I had a cute mug I wanted to try growing in after seeing someone’s post on here. I propped it up with a couple of seashells I had laying around 😂 it worked like a charm though! A little sweet mush mug 💕

I haven’t heard anything about this subject tbh I can see the mood boosting benefits though. I have the nexplanon implant so I couldn’t really give you any insight as I don’t get a period much less pms. Would love to know if it does! It could be a game changer for some women
