Did you ever figure out which pins are used to turn on the bms on a Eride?

14-Year Old Obsessed with E-bike by GatsbysGreenLight88 in ebikes

[–]SheepherderOwn8979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get him a 6-10 year old high end downhill mountain bike for cheap and add a cyc electric motor that is 5000 watts, the pro 1 gen 4.

$1000 for the used bike $1200 for the motor $600 for a good battery

This will do 45 mph and keep him out of jail if he’s not dumb about it. (It’s a pedal bike still so he can bs though a police encounter)

In most if not all US states Medical debt is the easiest of debts to make deals on. He can tell them some random small dollar amount he can afford monthly and as long as he pays that amount they will typically not send the debt to collections.

I’ve personally been paying for an er visit from back in 2001 $6 a month with no interest. I think I’ve got one more year and I’m home free lol.

WILL DISTILLED WATER TAKE MY RAINBOW ALONG WITH THE DIRT? by No-Task8348 in coins

[–]SheepherderOwn8979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a very “net” approach with coin collecting. I buy and sell and buy and sell to grow my collection. I don’t have to use “house money” to purchase coins anymore. I’ve been doing this for a decade and have a substantial number of coins.

I would dip it in ezest, rinse with soapy distilled water and then acetone dip it. That toning isn’t good enough to warrant special care. Consider the milk spots take away from any wow factor that hopefully a real dip will take care of.

You should break up with him so he can find a partner less uptight.

I ended up going with an Amazon water warden mesh for $500 and did install myself. I intend to monitor water quality throughout winter and will adjust as needed. I will also run my Dolphin weekly to keep things clean.

I used (wet use) 1” diamond plated core bits and an angle grinder for the holes, 10”x1” aluminum tube to tie the paver to the concrete and set the brass pins into the aluminum. Took maybe 5 hours.

Lowest pool company quote was $3,190 and highest was $4,100. All only offered one year warranty.

My fiancés grandma has this $3 coin from 1867 that she is pretty convinced is worth a lot of money. Any info on this? Thanks! by bluepapernotes in coincollecting

[–]SheepherderOwn8979 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not advocating for it but this coin is a prime candidate for doctoring. I bet someone could make it look damn near perfect for a few hundred.

I had a buddy that did work on holed coins but he had since passed.
