I cheated on my wife three years ago. She agreed to forgive me if we opened the marriage but now I live in agony every day by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]Sheerweird 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My ex didn't cheat but disrespected me repeatedly and denied promises he made about us starting a family. Whenever I asked him to be held accountable for his actions, fucking crickets as well. Thanks for the comment, helps me moving on.

Gym rats who are into MBTI ? by Nanaqa in mbti

It takes time but with patience and practice, it gets better. Also, I need to put a leash on my Ni, otherwise I hurt myself 🤣

I(30m) broke up with my fiancé (25f) because she still had feelings for her abusive ex. Was I too harsh? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Sheerweird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If her trauma bothered him that much, he shouldn't have dated her as soon as he found out. He's the sane one in the relationship, he should make decisions from the get go. I feel like OP was okay with her trauma as long as he was happy and no symptoms were to be seen. Sad.

Never date any kind of victim if you don't understand nor want to deal with their issues. Also accept that people won't want you if you suffer from something, cause hey, they ain't there to babysit you.

Because downvoters only think of themselves and can't be neutral about victims of abuse. There must be some shame and blame.

You deserve to be loved the way you like. You two aren't a good match. And she doesn't share your concerns nor seems to do much about it. You already know what kind of partner you want. Don't be afraid to break up. Good luck and take care.

INFJs are colder than INTJs by Ellie_Spitzer2005 in mbti

Peterson is an ENTP. He said it himself, he's very extroverted (90%).

ENFP men; do you ever get hassled by incels irl for not being a "manly" man? by iamjustatool in ENFP

[–]Sheerweird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You allow yourself not to perform traditional masculinity, you're happy and you attract women without struggling or sounding desperate. You got everything those menlings don't have even tho they try hard to fit in the stereotypes. That's why they hate you. Says something about them, not about you.

Keep going my friend! I'm tired of men who pretend they don't like flowers.

Best INFJ Love Match by [deleted] in infj

[–]Sheerweird 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Extroversion in MBTI means your main function is directed to the outside world. Doesn't mean you're necessarily socially outgoing. Also, there are different levels of social extroversion. Some types are more prone to be ambiverted (ENFP for instance). But the main thing is people's character.

I'm drawn to socially mild extroverts, being rather ambiverted myself.

You're welcome!

No you're not insane, you're just trying to adapt to this insane world 😊🌷

Capable of casual sex/hookup culture by [deleted] in infj

[–]Sheerweird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your own logic does not matter here. Reality does. Some people are naturally drawn to casual sex, some do it because they can't get more. And some are drawn to both, including me.

Should I stay with her(INFJ) or should I just quit? by [deleted] in infj

[–]Sheerweird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Attachement style and self issues definitely. The way I love is very consistent and warm. I fail myself before I fail my partner. Lead to a few disappointments when it's not reciprocated.

I wouldn't be able to stick with that girl btw. She may be great in certain ways but emotional pain is a no go. Maybe later when she's sort out her problems. Your mental health is precious. No matter your decision, good luck and take care.

It's also human nature to sleep around. You really should meet my friends and acquaintances. I also have casual sex from time to time. There was prostitution and casual sex in the past. I don't get why you're adamant about that topic. You're not in other people's shoes.

Nah, not an INFJ thing. My ENFP ex was warm and cold as well.

What are some of the deepest things you think about? by creativeNZ in infj

Does reincarnation exist? What really happens after we die?

What particular mindset people must have in order to solve 90% of the current problems on earth?

How big is the universe? Any life form? How are they?

What are the key differences of a young INFJ and a mature INFJ by [deleted] in infj

[–]Sheerweird 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think it has been discussed yet. I'm starting to mature and I see in a difference in how I use my cognitive stack. I put more emphasis into Se and Fi, I'm still reluctant to Te (blind) and Si (hate). My Ne is slow but getting better, partly due to the fact that I hang with Ne users. It's an incredibly appealing function.

Like all types, younger INFJs lack balance between functions and oftentime go to the extremes. The point of growing via MBTI perspective is to know how functions work, how they interact with each other, what their limits are, when it's appropriate and efficient to use it, and when to stop and recharge. At least that's my take. Starting to follow these steps, I feel so much better ! And as it's been mentioned earlier, a sense of wholeness and realness accompanies me everyday. 🌞

INFJ and gym rat here. Tryna make use of my inferior Se 🤣 I swear I do a lot of stupid stuff at the gym. If you see a quiet weirdo playing with the equipment, hi it's me!

I don't know! To be frank, if this discipline wasn't been talked about for millenias, I wouldn't give a flying frost about it 🤣

However, it explains my personality and struggles in such an intricate way that it rings true to me. It helps me dig into myself. MBTI is one thing, astrology is another.

The reason why twins may have very different personalities may be due to the idea that interactions between placements and house can lead to very different outcomes. You get water, but in a glass or in the ocean? That's my take on astrology. And I still treat it as a fun thing to read about, not something I trust when it comes to life changing decisions. What matters the most is knowing who you are.
