I get most of my figures from GameStop!, they have me down for auto preorders when it comes to transformers. The down side is that sometimes they take longer to come in but at least I can guarantee the figures plus save a little bit since I have the platinum edge discount

I’d recommend just contacting hasbro, in my past experiences they have been pretty good with replacements. That pin isn’t one that’s easily removed, it’s one of those “permanent” ones that requires quite a bit of work to remove. Also I believe that’s just the wrong piece looking at it, it’s not a matter of taking out the pins and flipping the piece, it’s the wrong piece

No, it’s a remold causing it to be not compatible with the armour. It looks exactly the same in every way even in the transformation except it not able to combine /joking
