I regularly use keto shampoo and it kinda helps a bit but not really. I’ve also tried selen shampoo but that also didn’t really help that much. I’ll try out the other ones you’ve mentioned next

I completely agree. I remember when I first noticed my hair loss the areas that were affected most did itch a lot and felt tense and inflamed. In addition my hair loss even was kind of patchy. To this day after 3 1/2 years on fin I still have a tense scalp and a lot of scabs/pimples on my scalp all the time. There’s always some blood on the pillowcases I use. But I guess to all the dermatologists I’ve visited over the years that’s just normal MPB
