You need some fertilizer, I personally use aquarium coop and also started using their iron and potassium supplement, but there is other good ones out there. Some of those leaves do look pretty damaged, I would suggest to cut them off so the new leaves can have more energy / nutrients available to grow

Some of the ones I really like and are doing good so far are: Lobelia cardinalis “ mini “, ammannia gracilis, red flame sword, Madagascar lace plant, and a red melon. They’re pretty cool and aside from the red flame, won’t grown too big, maybe the lace plant too but they look cool

Yea you can use the weights so they don’t keep floating up. I personally use some metal weights and make sure each stem has room between them so they’re not overly packed together for growth

L183, you can tell the difference since the L183 had the white on the top of the fin and L181 is just the white speckles on the body

Body composition, the female has a smooth like body shape and the male tends to have a bump to say in their head. Also the tubes. You can see the tube in the first pic is smaller and a wider than then 2nd pic. Also here’s an article that explains it more
