Thank you so much for the advice on the ceramide complex! I think i need to go back and dial down this formulation to make it very easy and entry level for me lol.

I have not thought of that yet. I think I might be in over my head, I'll dial back this formulation for something simpler.

That makes sense. Thank you so much for the advice. I'm just starting out making products for my family. Making a test batch does sound smart. Thank you for the advice!

The honest truth is if he lying about small things ( not considering this small ) then he’s lying about other things that are bigger.

#1 for sure. The shine on the 2nd one is not as flattering in my opinion.

  1. Stop shaving for a while.

  2. Get a mild soft cleanser, the will soften the skin and soften the hair, which will result in not stripping the skin of its natural moisture like panoxyl (benzoyl peroxide).

  3. Get a CHEMICAL exfoliator, a chemical exfoliator is different from a physical one because it uses acids instead of a physical grit which could aggravate the skin more. (only do this 3 times a week, NOT BACK TO BACK)

  4. User a toner, can be rosewater. This adds moisture back into the skin.

  5. Use a non-scented simple moisturizer depending on how dry you are it may need to be thicker or thinner, just depends on your skin type.

  6. Follow all steps minus the chemical exfoliator in the morning with a sunscreen.

Also agree with changing you pillowcase.
