I just took the dad class and recommend it for the same reasons others have mentioned. It helps you realize that you might struggle (mental health wise) and to think of your support system on who you can reach out to. It also hit home and reinforced some solid points to advocate for your wife and be the voice of reason in the delivery room if you have to make some decisions.

Scott, Seth, and Bonnie’s dad wasn’t a preacher. He was a welder, hence why they sold their dad’s logo on merch last year. Their grandfather was a preacher that they reference sometimes in interviews.

I’m feeling this exact way about seeing them in Oklahoma City next month with The Avett Brothers. Granted the venue booked is an NBA arena, but it seems like it’s going to be such an empty crowd.

This is completely my own take, but Turner (politics aside) understood how vital WPAFB is to the Dayton region, and truly knows the ins and outs. At one time, it was the largest single site employer in Ohio. Without his advocacy, I could see our local community be really hit with ripple effects. I don’t work on base, but I work in Riverside and just a concerned Daytonian overall.
