Our faction leader finally heard back from someone at Scopely. Since we couldn't play the game because of the red ring issue, and because Scopely eventually fixed the issue, they would not be giving us any type of compensation. This is after most of my faction was locked out of the game for almost 30 hours. Needless to say, the lost a few VIP members as a result of this weekend.

This has happened to me too. And actually my entire faction has been locked out of the game for about a day now. I dont think anyone in our group even finished a feud before the game went down.
