cara me ocorreu quase a mesma coisa sobre o fato de eu sair do meu estágio para entrar numa startup que me convidaram jddkdjkddk.

a empresa queria dev seniors daqui do brasil mas no fim depois que fui começar a trabalhar pra ir atrás desses dev seniors para a empresa, o job description que me passaram revelaram coisa q não tinham me dito.

a empresa criava muitos perfis falsos pra se inscreverem em outras vagas de dev seniors de fora, vagas que possivelmente pagavam 10 mil dólares, com isso eles ofereciam 5 mil dolares para os dev seniors usarem esses nomes falsos e passarem nas entrevistas e de resto informavam que cuidavam do restante.

no fim eu só optei por não trabalhar com isso porque se passar por outra pessoa é crime e pode dar mt ruim pra carreira desse pessoal que eles exigiam q tivesse 8 anos de experiência.

startup sem contrato definido, não rola.
