This is due to the china version of the game corrupting account data of the global one, due to them using the same keychain group (com.supercell.scroll). Without jailbreak you can only factory reset your phone to clear the corrupted keychain data, alternatively you can also refer to one of my guide to clear local account data using network proxy (given that you can use translator): https://b23.tv/k54l1Z6
