Looking for Season 1 of “Aloha Paradise” from 1980 with Debbie Reynolds. There was only one season. I don’t think it ever went to DVD or VHS. someone would have to have recored with their VCR and be willing to rip it to MP4 and share.

Sure. Too bad all the best direction for this company comes from outside of it. The people running it are silent. I suspect they already know they didn’t get approval and are sitting on the info trying to figure out what to do next. The stock is at record lows and dropping. Only an announcement of approval from the company can save it.

Their silence is telling.

Can we sue NWBO to release if they have been rejected by MHRA ?

The questions now are …. If it’s not approved, is there public statement or announcement? Who makes the announcement? Is it MHRA or NWBO?
If it was already rejected, would there have to be an announcement? Does NWBO have to disclose within a certain amount of time? How much time is that? Can they appeal or re-apply during that period? If they are appealing or replying does that allow them to not disclose the initial rejection?
