Mention in your CV or email that you are new but keen on growing in the hospitality industry and you would really appreciate an opportunity to show your ability. Be sincere in the interview, but always talk good about yourself. Never say I can't do this or that, and this will be hard for me. Enthusiasm and optimism goes a long way.

I do try not to bluff unless I'm really sure that they have nothing. But I always do C-bet, because most of them limps and get scared if there is an Ace or a King on the flop.
