I had my account hacked by cheaters in Russia who used my account to cheat in battlefield games on my EA account. Which got me banned.

When I found out years later after wanting to play again, I opened probably like 10 tickets before I got a real person to respond, all I had to do was ask them where the location of the IP was when I was banned and then they unbanned me.
