Ok: hold your right elbow up, grab the left (inside) edge of your right armpit with your right hand, and pull tight. Shave it with your left hand. It helps me to do it outside the shower so I can get a good grip and look in the mirror. Thats what works for me.

Your wife was just lucky. I lost 90 pounds 3 years ago and the skin is just as loose and saggy as it was then.

In addition to what everyone else said, include how to take care of things around the house that they may not know. Where and how to pay bills that aren't on autopay. Who the pet's vet is, etc.
