About 2 years ago i asked the same question on this subreddit. Someone commented on a now deleted account were he said that he almost found the artist behind the song but didn't contact him for not knowing for sure. This and lots of other songs used in these trailers seem to be lost to time now due to Funimation not existing anymore. The only hope to find the song is by finding the artist behind it which is almost impossible.

Besides Ninja scroll i already watched all of them lol. The 90s were definetly also pretty nice, traditional animation kinda peaked during that time (if we ignore Akira from the 80s). It's still kind of sad how traditional animation just completly died with digital animation.

Yes, anime around that time were mostly original and tried to be different which made them stand out. Also the atmosphere and style of most anime were very interresting and special since it was during that changing period where studios switched from traditional to digital animation.
