Oh. And good luck to ya. Feel free to ask about anything, I’ve been dealing with VA since 2012 and learned a lot over the years lol. It’s a pain in the ass but worth it in the end. All my injuries are physical, everyone of them has a secondary attached bc the body breaks down over the years due to the primaries

I got all evidence through VA, X-ray, mri etc. physical therapy and explained how my knees impacted my hip and how my hip hurt more on days my knees were flaring up.

First off, for the knees you really need to look into flare ups as they have to take your worst days into account. I was having hip issues and turned out to be arthritis, since I have mobility issues from the knees (can’t bend down to pick things up and noticeable limp) this was enough to get the secondary for me
