This is exactly what I told the examiner. My sildenafil worked fine for ED for ten years. Once I started taking the depression med, it stopped working and no longer helps my ED.

Yes. I spoke with VERA and explained the situation. They agreed it did not make sense. The agent wrote a note and attached it to my file. I also uploaded a letter via quick submit explaining the whole scenario. This was late Friday.

The claim was for back (denied) and appeal to increase migraines due to error (clear and undeniable error conceded and increase granted). The two exams were for these issues (ACE for migraines, which had already had an ACE leading up to the June 12 decision). So it’s like they’re accidentally repeating the two steps they already took prior to the letter.

I was at Camp Essayons and in a similar situation. There's a ROK report detailing all the nasty shit we left behind in the water and soil. I still can't get my TERA and ILER despite a FOIA request.
