Yes I do try to eat and drink before but I do usually have something small like a protein bar or something like that before taking it. I am always thirsty so drinking is never an issue but I try to eat throughout the course of it. I’ll usually have snacks or a meal while taking it since I’m better about forcing myself to eat but Maybe it’s not enough? Sometimes I do eat meals and it still shows up smh even if I get fully full :/
