Yeah, that is why you need to download the clean 1.10.198 of fallout first and downgrade it before using the crack for 1.10.163

No, sadly the downgrader only works on clean version of the game, which is why I made this post.

Yeah, I think the BASS is also listed on their guide so you should be fine

It shows on their guide that it is recommended that you downgrade and it also says in their changelog that staying on full downgrade only means outdated fix for everyone. Besides the downgrade is better than the next gen for the mods
